We are a non-profit, social club created to promote the enjoyment, improvement, and learning related to aviation, pilot skills, and our community. Based on insurance plan restrictions we will have a maximum of 13 active flying members. This number will vary depending on our members goals and participation. We also have social members that will not actively fly the aircraft but will attend our meetings and social events.

Social members will also have the opportunity to fly with active members and have the first opportunity for a membership slot, when one opens (depending on desire and position on the request list).

We presently have one plane in the club. A 1958 Cessna 172 with a fresh Continental 0-300 6-cylinder engine. The plane is full IFR, allowing members to continue their training and obtain additional ratings. The club just funded a major overhaul on the engine in 2019, so it will be good for many years to come. We professionally maintain the aircraft with a local A&P and member’s participating in cleaning and minor maintenance activities.

Some of the aircraft’s features – ADS-B “In” tail beacon, Stratus/Tablet GPS & Misc. Software, Garmin 430 GPS, S-TEC Autopilot, FS-450 Fuel Scan/Fuel Mgmt., and other features
